Are you or a loved one receiving services through the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA’s)?
FayaCare offers personalized Life Skills Services and one-on-one support to help individuals with developmental disabilities build and maintain essential life skills. Our goal is to promote independence and enhance overall quality of life.
Life Skills Services:
Services are tailored to each person’s unique goals and focus on:
- Building Confidence and Self-Empowerment
- Promoting Safety and Self-Adocacy
- Enhancing Social and Communication Skills
- Developing Coping Strategies for Everyday Life Challenges
- Managing Daily Tasks and Learning New Skills
All services are delivered by a compassionate team that includes licensed or certified Life Skills Coaches, as well as bilingual staff, each with extensive experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Who Is Eligible?
Life Skills Services are available to individuals enrolled in:
✓ Individual and Family Services Waiver
✓ Basic Plus Waiver
✓ Core Waiver
✓ Children’s Intensive In-Home Behavior Support (CIIBS) Waiver
✓ Roads to Community Living Grant
✓ Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR)
